SR2 motorcycle Helmet

The new Schuberth SR2 is the successor to the SR1. The SR2 is compared with the SR1 quieter, lighter and more aerodynamic. This improvement owes the SR2 to extensive tests in Schuberth's own wind tunnel in Magdeburg. The highest level of concentration is needed when riding a motorcycle, or the well on the circuit or is on the road. The new Schuberth helmet SR2 has been developed with the help of Formula 1 drivers and get this year used by all drivers in the Red Bull Rookie Cup.

Schuberth visor SR2

The visor of the SR2 is a 2D racing visor as it also is used in Formula 1. This helmet is therefore very suitable for the use of tear offs. Further, the visor is also covered so that it does not cover the helmet and is prepared pinlock. This gives you good in every situation and clear vision. The visor has a 2 tabs at the bottom. As a result, the visor with both the left-hand, and right hand to operate. The visor is optical class 1, the highest possible level. Besides the clear visor there for this helmet 5 other colors available.

Schuberth SR2 scale and ventilation

The helmet has two side skirts at the upper side and at the rear by the developed D-Force rear spoiler. This ensures that the helmet is more stable in the wind and there is less noise and lift occurs. Your head remains stable in the wind, especially at higher speeds. The ventilation is also operated by the development team Schuberth. The helmet has two new adjustable ventilation panels in the forehead and the chin. Together they ensure that your head properly cool can keep the helmet. The ventilation channels of the SR2 can process together namely up to 11 liters of air per second. There is also a new concept for removing exhaled air for the best possible circulation in the helmet.

Schuberth SR2 lining

The liner of the helmet is made of Schubert's own Coolmax textiles. Coolmax is an intelligent fabric which makes the helmet for optimum climate. A coating of Schuberths Interpower causes moisture well and get away quickly to keep a cool head. The liner is taken out of the helmet and can be washed. The lining is Oeko-Tex 100 approved. Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is a testing and certification system for textiel.De standard focuses on reducing the use of harmful substances in relation to the health of the end user. Keko-Tex hold further still into account environmental sustainability.
