Why do we wear a helmet cap under our helmet?
Many motorcyclists wear a helmet cap under their motorcycle helmet. You know, a hat that goes over your head, with a hole for the eyes. Wearing a helmet cap has many advantages. Your neck and chin stay warm while riding and it keeps earrings from getting caught in the lining of my helmet. A helmet cap is also recommended from a hygienic point of view, it prevents the inside of your helmet from becoming greasy and dirty and the helmet cap can be washed often and easily. It also ensures that the helmet is more comfortable and firmer and that you do not suffer from seams in the lining. For the summer there are special helmet caps made of moisture-wicking material so that the helmet hood absorbs perspiration.
