Zo doen we je een aantal beloftes. En nee, die maken geen schuld, maar blij in dit geval! Hieronder lees je meer over de voordelen die we voor jou in petto hebben.
30 day return policy
Hoe zeker je ook leek van je zaak: het kan natuurlijk zo zijn dat je aankoop niet aan je verwachting voldoet. Geen nood, winkel en webshop aankopen kun je namelijk binnen 30 dagen retourneren. Terugbrengen van je aankoop kan in een van onze winkels of via de post met een retourlabel. Net wat jou het beste uitkomt.
Weet je niet zeker wat je wil? Of kun je wel wat hulp gebruiken, dan raden we je aan om langs te komen in de winkel. Uiteraard is het product dat je wil retourneren of ruilen in originele (nieuw)staat en compleet met eventuele verpakking en labels.
De volgende producten zijn uitgezonderd van retour: entreetickets, maatwerk, ruilbeursartikelen, gehoorbescherming en giftcards.
Save up for discount
We understand that most motorcyclists wish list are infinite. That’s why in-store purchases add up to a discount. You automatically build up store credit through you purchases equalling 5% of your total amount. This amount can be used as discount on a later purchase. Spending €100,- would for example translate to a €5,- store credit.
All products in our physical stores participate in the calculation. Therefore it is important to sign up for a customer account. Products on sale are excluded. The Store credit is non-transferable.
Let the store employee create an account at checkout so you can start saving and access your personal piggy bank at all times. Moreover, your purchases and receipts are stored in the account which will be useful for returns or possible warranty cases.

Na aankoop van je motorhelm of motorkleding ben je welkom om terug te komen voor gratis onderhoud. Zo wordt je kleding gecontroleerd, gereinigd en klaargemaakt voor de volgende vele kilometers. Dit geldt zowel voor leren- en textiele motorkleding en motorhelmen. Natuurlijk ben je ook altijd welkom voor een heerlijke kop koffie.Na aankoop van je motorhelm of motorkleding ben je welkom om terug te komen voor gratis onderhoud. Motorcycle helmet maintenance
Je motorhelm heeft veel te verduren tijdens het motorrijden. De vele insecten die worden gekopt en bij warme dagen of in benarde situaties het zweet dat in de binnenvoering trekt. Zo heeft ook het gebruik van haarstyling producten invloed op de helm. Bij een onderhoudsbeurt worden de helm en het vizier aan de buitenkant gereinigd. De binnenvoering opgefrist en rubbers ingevet. Is je helm voorzien van een Pinlock dan kijken we of deze afgesteld dient te worden voor een optimale werking.
Leather motorcycle garment maintenance
Om het optimale uit je leren motorkleding te halen is de juiste verzorging essentieel. Met een reinigingsmiddel wordt vuil en ander onheil dat je tijdens je motorritten tergt afgeweekt. Daarna wordt het leer met leervet gevoed om het soepel te houden. Tot slot zorgt een impregneermiddel ervoor dat het leer water- en vuilafstotend wordt.
Textile motorcycle garment maintenance
To ensure your textile garments of a long life a periodical wash is advisable. After washing the garment with a dedicated product the product can be handed over to us after which we will clean and impregnate the garment giving it its water and dirt resistance capabilities back
2 years of product support
We are available at our customer service, social media and in our stores to help you with your questions. To kickstart our 2 year product support we like to help you on your way, We are for example happy to help with the install of electronics such as a navigation or communication system.
2 year warranty
Our products come with a 2 year warranty* even when the manufacturer offers 1. We strive to help you back on the road in no time when a repair is imminent by our own repair team. If the damage is too severe the item will have to be sent back to the manufacturer for review and repair resulting in a longer wait. In a case such as this we have enough items for you to borrow to bridge the gap in time you are without your gear.

You know a product is right (or wrong) for you when you have experienced it on the road. Thats is why we allow you the opportunity to try out any garment or helmet.
Free home delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders above €50,-. Or maybe you are visiting one of our stores and would like to ride home in your fresh and new motorcycle jacket. In such a case we are happy to send you your old gear home instead of having to stow it on your bike.
Exclusive events
Our culture and gatherings are thoroughly intertwined. And since riding is such a social thing, we are more than happy to organise the events that make it possible. Our events are mostly free and accessible for all. And as a one of our customers you will be given the opportunity to enroll first.
