How does a cooling vest work under your motorcycle clothing?
You leave the cooling vest in the water for three minutes so that it can hydrate. Then you squeeze out the non-absorbed water and you have a cardigan that refreshes you for 7 hours. The fabric retains the water and reduces the perceived temperature by about 15 degrees due to the evaporation process. The inside of the cardigan simply stays dry, because there is water-repellent fabric. You can easily reactivate the vest by putting it in water again or even by pouring some water over it.
