No matter how sure you seemed of your business, it may of course happen that your purchase does not live up to your expectations. Don't worry, because of course you can return it to us! Within 30 days and in new condition. We will tell you step by step on this page.
Free returns within the Netherlands and Belgium
Returning orders online
Returning your order is free of charge. Please make sure that you pack the products well and report the return via our return portal. You can then print out the return label and return the shipment to a collection point of your choice.
Returning shop purchases
If you would like to return an item you purchased in the shop, please contact our customer service. We will send you a return label with which you can return your item. Please contact us by phone, chat or e-mail.
Returning an item that is damaged or defective
Does your product have a defect and is the repair or replacement within the warranty period? We will be happy to help you. Please contact us by phone, chat or e-mail so we can determine how we can best help you. If the repair or replacement is within the warranty period, we will send you a warranty and return form with which you can return the product.
Exchanging in the shop
When you want to exchange the product you bought, the quickest way is through the shop. Our specialists will be happy to exchange the product for you and check with you whenever you want for the right size. If you plan to come to the shop, it pays to check in advance whether the product is in stock. You can do this by looking at the website or by calling one of our specialists.
Step-by-step plan for returning your order
- Register your return shipment in our return portal;
- Describe your return reason and the products concerned;
- Deliver the package to a collection point of your choice;
After receiving your order or making your purchase in one of our shops you have 30 days to return your purchase. Of course the product is new, unused and provided with the original labels and/or packaging. Preferably return your online order in the shipping box in which you received it so that the product packaging is not covered with a label and/or tape.
Except for returns:
- Hearing protection;
- Gift cards;
- Pinlock anti-condensation lenses;
- Tickets for Motorbeurs Utrecht;
- Trade fair articles
As soon as we receive your return, we will do our best to process it as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days. If you have chosen to receive the purchase amount back, it will be credited back to your account within 5 working days after confirmation.
When you return the order in its entirety you will receive a refund of the purchase price including shipping costs. If you keep a part of the order and the amount is less than 50 euros, we will deduct the shipping costs of €6.95 from the amount to be transferred.
Received damaged product
Although we pack the products with care and check them beforehand, damage can occur during transport. If you have received a damaged product, always contact our service department before returning it.
