No matter how confident you seemed, it can happen that your purchase does not live up to your expectations. Don't worry, you can return it to us! Within 30 days and in new condition. How it works exactly is explained step by step on this page.

Free returns within the Netherlands and Belgium

Returning online orders

Within Belgium, returning your order is free of charge. Make sure you pack the products well and then register the return via our returns portal. You can then print out the return label and hand in the shipment at a collection point of your choice.

Returning shop purchases

If you want to return an article that you bought in a shop, please contact our customer service. We will send you a return label which you can use to return your item. Please contact us by phone, chat or e-mail.

Returning an item damaged or defective

Does your product have a defect and is the repair or replacement within the warranty period? We will be happy to assist you. Please contact us via telephone, chat or e-mail so that we can determine how we can best assist you. If the repair or replacement is within the warranty period, we will send you a warranty and return form which you can use to return the product. 

In-store exchange

If you want to exchange the product you bought, the quickest way is to go to the shop. Our specialists will gladly exchange the product for you and check for the correct size if you wish. If you are planning on coming to the shop, it is worth checking in advance whether the product is in stock. You can do this by checking the website or by calling one of our specialists.

Step-by-step plan for returning your order

  1. Register your return in our returns portal;
  2. Describe the reason for your return and which products you are returning;
  3. Deliver the package to a chosen collection point;

Conditions for returns

After receiving your order or making a purchase in one of our shops, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Of course the product must be new, unused and have the original labels and/or packaging. Preferably send your online order back in the shipping box in which you received it so that you do not cover the product packaging with a label and/or tape.

Excluded from returns:

  • Hearing protection;
  • Gift cards;
  • Pinlock anti-fog lenses;
  • Customised products;
  • Tickets for the Utrecht Motor Show;
  • Exchange articles


Once your return is received by us we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible, but at the latest within 14 days. When you have chosen to receive the purchase amount back then this will be refunded within 5 working days after confirmation on the account with which you placed the order.

When you return your order completely, you will receive the purchase amount including shipping costs back from us. If you keep part of the order and it is less than 50 euros, we will deduct the shipping costs of €6.95 from the amount to be transferred.

If you have chosen the option 'Subsequent payment' for the order you wish to return, the administration costs of €1,00 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Product received damaged

Although we pack the products with care and check them beforehand, damage may occur during transport. If you have received a damaged product, always contact our service department before returning it.
