Kollen and balaclavas
Why do we wear a kol or balaclava on the bike?
A good motorcycle outfit is not complete without the right motorcycle collar or blaclava. In almost all motorcyclists' wardrobes you will find at least 1 or 2 motorcycle balaclavas. Whether it's hot or cold, a motorcyclist's neck must be well protected from the climate and stone chips or insects. Most motorcycle jacket collars are low so that you have good freedom of movement. The advantage of this is that people can choose a pleasant motorbike for themselves.
Different motor rolls have been designed for every type of weather. For the summer days there are wafer-thin balls made of cooling and breathable material. In winter, we often use thick wool motorcycles to keep our necks and heads warm. For the real cyclists there are motor rolls made of windstopper or gore-tex that provide an optimal warm and watertight seal.
