No matter how confident you seemed, it can happen that your purchase does not live up to your expectations. Don't worry, you can return it to us! Within 30 days and in new condition. How it works exactly is explained step by step on this page.

Return shipment of your online purchase

However confident you seemed with your purchase, it is always possible that it does not meet your expectations or simply doesn't fit. In that case, you can return your order to us within 30 days. Of course, the product you want to return is in new condition, comes in the original packaging and with all attached tags. Please use the return label from the shipping box. The costs for returns are €4.95 and will be applied on your credit invoice.

Tip: You can also return or exchange your online order in one of our stores. In that case, no costs are charged and if you wish, our specialists will be happy to advise you in the right direction.

Returning an online order in store

You can also return your online purchase from mkcmoto.com in one of our stores of your choice. This is the fastest return method and the only way to exchange your product. Moreover, you save €4.95 shipping costs on your return package and if you wish our specialists will be happy to advise you on the right product.

Can I exchange a product?

The exchange of a product is only possible in one of our stores. This does not have to be the same shop where you bought it. When you send your product as a return shipment, it is not possible to exchange it for an alternative product.

I have received my product damaged or broken

Of course we do everything we can to pack your order as carefully as possible to avoid damage or defects. Do you still receive a damaged product? Then we ask you to contact customer service so we can discuss how we can rectify this with you as quickly as possible.

Conditions for returns

After receiving your order or making a purchase in one of our shops, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Of course the product must be new, unused and have the original labels and/or packaging. Preferably send your online order back in the shipping box in which you received it so that you do not cover the product packaging with a label and/or tape.

Excluded from returns:

  • Hearing protection;
  • Gift cards;
  • Pinlock anti-fog lenses;
  • Customised products;
  • Tickets for the Utrecht Motor Show;
  • Exchange articles

Refund

Once your return is received by us we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible, but at the latest within 14 days. When you have chosen to receive the purchase amount back then this will be refunded within 5 working days after confirmation on the account with which you placed the order.

When you return your order completely, you will receive the purchase amount including shipping costs back from us. 

If you have chosen the option 'Subsequent payment' for the order you wish to return, the administration costs of €1,00 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Product received damaged

Although we pack the products with care and check them beforehand, damage may occur during transport. If you have received a damaged product, please fill in the return label and put it on the box. You can hand in the shipment at a collection point of choice.
