Nevertheless, it may happen that the product breaks down. It is nice to have a guarantee for your product. On this warranty page, we tell you everything you need to know about it.

How to claim your warranty
Request a repair via customer service
Have you noticed a defect in your product? Then you can send a repair request to our customer service. You will then receive a shipping label and warranty form with which you can send the product.
Hand in your guarantee in one of the shops
A faster option is to bring your product to one of our shops. Our specialists will try to fix the problem immediately. If not, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation and possible repair or replacement.
Returning a damaged or defective item
It is important for a smooth handling that the product is delivered complete and that a clear description of the complaint is attached. In case of gloves and/or boots, these need to be returned as a pair. A motorbike jacket or trousers including liners.
Defect within 30 days of purchase
If the product is defective within 30 days, you can choose to have your money back or to choose another product.
Timing of your repair request
Depending on the season, a warranty request can take between 2 and 4 weeks on average. This includes shipment back and forth, possible examination and repair or replacement. We do our best to keep this time frame as short as possible. Of course we will keep you informed as soon as your product is returned.

It's not always easy to let go of your motorbike helmet or motorbike clothing. Because you use your bike for work, or because the weather gives you the itch to ride. We don't want to leave you behind, so we have loaner clothing and helmets available in our shops.
In the unlikely event that you have had a collision or your motorbike clothing has been damaged in any way, it is also possible to have it repaired by us. Of course, in this case there are costs involved which are specified on the basis of an inspection by the manufacturer.
Conditions of guarantee
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects;
- The product you offer was purchased from MKC Moto;
- The date of purchase can be traced through a receipt, invoice or bank statement;
- Deliver the product for warranty completely;
- A clear description of the complaint will speed up the process;
- Exchange items are excluded from warranty;
- Watertightness guarantees for Gore-Tex products must be registered with Gore-Tex.
This is what the law says about warranty
We'd like to explain to you in plain language what the law on warranty covers.
As a consumer you have the right to a reliable product. If a product becomes defective, you are entitled to a guarantee. This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects and not to defects caused by your own actions or incorrect use. In the first six months after purchase, the burden of proof lies with the seller (MKC Moto), after that it is formally up to you to prove that the defect is not your "own" doing. But don't worry, we won't let it get that far.
