Our brands are selected partly on the basis of the quality they strive for. As MKC Moto we guarantee this quality and as part of our promises we give a 2 year* warranty on these products. Nevertheless, it may happen that the product becomes defective. It's nice that you still have a warranty on your hand. On this warranty page we will tell you everything you want to know about it.
*Warranty based on manufacturing defects with the exception of batteries and cables.
Offer your product for warranty
Ask for a repair request via customer service
Have you noticed a defect in your product? Then you can make a repair request to our customer service. You will then receive a shipping label and warranty form with which you can send the product.
Return your warranty in one of the shops
A faster option is to visit one of our shops with the product yourself. Our specialists will try to remedy the problem immediately. If this is not possible, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment and possible repair or replacement.
Returning an article that is damaged or defective
Important for a smooth handling is to deliver the product complete and to attach a clear complaint description. In case of gloves and/or boots, these should be handed in as a pair. A motorbike jacket or trousers including linings.
Defective within 30 days after purchase
If the product breaks down within 30 days, you can choose to get your money back or choose another product in addition to replacement.
Duration of your repair request
Depending on the time in the season, a warranty request can take an average of 2 to 4 weeks. Within this time, the shipment will take place back and forth, possibly examination and repair or replacement. We do everything possible to keep this time frame as short as possible. Of course we will keep you informed as soon as your product has been returned.
The following brands have a longer period of time:
It is not always easy to hand over your motorbike helmet or motorbike clothing. Because you use your motorbike for work, or because the weather gives you the creeps to ride your bike. We don't want to put you behind the geraniums, so we have loan clothing and a helmet available in our shops.
In the unlikely event that you have made a slider or your motorbike clothing is damaged in any other way, it is also possible to have it repaired by us. Of course, in this case there are costs involved which are specified on the basis of an inspection by the manufacturer.
Conditions of guarantee
- Warranty applies to manufacturing faults;
- The product you offer has been purchased from MKC Moto;
- The date of your purchase can be traced back to a receipt, invoice or bank statement;
- Return the product complete for warranty;
- A clear complaint description speeds up the process;
- Exchange items are excluded from warranty.

In jip-en-janneketaal we will be happy to explain to you what the legislation on guarantees means.
As a consumer you are entitled to a sound product. If a product breaks down, you are entitled to a guarantee. This guarantee applies to manufacturing faults and not to defects caused by your own fault or incorrect use. In the first six months after purchase, the burden of proof lies with the seller (MKC Moto), after that it is formally up to you to prove that the defect was not caused by 'your own' fault. But don't worry, we won't let it get that far.
