This authentic classic is the reincarnation of the "Bell 500" that the founder of the American brand in 1954 developed the first pot helmet. The Bell Custom 500 thus has a history and optimized fit and no less than 5 different shell sizes is one of the most compact helmets on the market. Bell Custom 500 helmet shell

The Bell Custom 500 comes in no less than five shell sizes making which never exceeds extremely necessary. The Custom 500 jet helmet is characterized by compact fit and connect different from many other models more to the head than on it.

The outer shell is made of a modern glass fiber mix so that the weight comes out onto a neat 1200 grams. The EPS inner shell has a variable thickness to a maximum damping effect. A Double-D chin strap keeps it neatly in place.

Bell Custom 500 lining

The helmet liner from the Custom 500 is made of a combination of high-grade leather and suede perforated for a soft fit. The liner is antibacterial, removable and in addition, to wash. Bell Custom 500 can easily be combined with sunglasses.

The Bell Custom 500 is prepared for a motorcycle helmet visor through 5 push-buttons that are positioned on the helmet shell. So the Americans have the legendary bubble visor and a standard flat visor in the collection.
