With the renewed Hotgrips Touring from Oxford that's a different story, the warmth generated by the grips makes your hands feel comfortable again. This will help you maintain control of your bike and prevent pain and fatigue.
The grips are suitable for 22mm handlebars, so they fit virtually all motorbikes. The hotgrips Touring are especially developed for touring motorbikes, but can also be mounted on other types of motorbikes. As long as the handlebar has a diameter of 22mm and a 12-volt battery is present, the Oxford Hotgrips Touring can be easily attached.
The large buttons around the control panel allow you to easily set the heat setting (even with thick winter gloves). There are 5 different settings with a maximum of 50° C. By means of the supplied bracket, the control panel can be attached in 4 different ways.
The Hotgrips Touring can be connected to the 12 volt battery or to the ignition so that the power supply is cut off when the ignition is switched off. With the new battery saving mode, the system switches itself off when you forget to do so. On the control panel there is a green LED light that shows whether the battery saving mode is on or off.
The grips have a general appearance which makes them easy to combine on any motorbike. Because of the thoughtful design the ergonomics are in perfect proportion. On the inside of the grips is an insulation material which ensures that no heat is lost.
